Returns & Refunds Policy

At Music Wave Lab, every product is made to order. Because our items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

The product arrives damaged.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The wrong item, size, or print was sent.
To request a replacement or refund:

Contact us at support@musicwavelab.com within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”).

Wrong size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering).

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter production.

After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@musicwavelab.com. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
