Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item goes into production and cannot be modified.

Q: How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
    Note: Production time (2–7 business days) is not included in these estimates.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Q: How are your products made?
All our products are made-to-order using high-quality printing methods.

Q: Do you offer a size guide?
Yes! Please check our Size Guide before ordering apparel to make sure you get the right fit.

Q: Will my items ship together?
Not always. Since we work with multiple print partners, your items may ship separately. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for wrong sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
Yes, but only if your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
